The technical read
The XLIM Pro was the 2023 device that moved the XLIM platform to 30W and the V3 top-fill pod. These Iridescent Nexus and Midnight Core units come from a limited Pod Salt collaboration; the hardware underneath is unchanged: 1000mAh battery, LED display, button or inhale activation.
Collector angle aside, this remains a fully current pod host. Every V3 and EZ pod fits, including the 0.4 Ohm.

Does the colour affect anything but looks?
Nothing. Chipset, battery and pod interface are identical across every finish of this device. Availability is the only practical difference; popular colours sell through faster.
What liquid should go in it?
Follow the pod, not the device: 0.8 and 1.2 Ohm pods want 50/50 nicotine salts (OX Passion is the house option), 0.6 takes lighter 50/50 or freebase, and any sub-0.6 pod prefers higher-VG, lower-nicotine liquid.
